COVID-19 Safety Plan
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is with a heavy heart that we share the in-person Christmas at Hycroft event is cancelled. That said, we are still excited to bring you an online shopping experience with pick-up available at Hycroft. Rest assured, we will be taking the utmost precautions. And if necessary, we will adjust our our Safety Plan per new directives from the Provincial Health Office.
Safety Precautions
Hycroft’s property will not be open to customers throughout the event. Only the parking lot will be accessible for curbside pick-up.
Christmas at Hycroft orders must be collected via curbside pick-up from Hycroft.
Required scheduling of pick-up slots, limited to a maximum of 15 patrons per half hour.
There will be dedicated parking zones for customers to park in while waiting for their order.
Customer order details will be used for contact tracing purposes.
Curbside pick-ups have been designed to be contactless, meaning you’ll unlock your trunk, or backdoor, for one of our volunteers to open/close it while you remain seated inside your car.
Requirement that customers do not exit their car when our volunteers arrive at their vehicle with their order.
