General Event

+ What are the dates this year?

The Online Store opens for orders on November 9th and will close on December 23rd. Curbside Pick-up will be from November 19th - December 23rd, on select days of the week.

+ What are the hours?

Thursday and Friday: 2PM - 7PM
Saturday and Sunday: 12PM - 4PM

+ Where can I buy tickets?

Please remember we are not open for the public to explore the grounds of Hycroft. Only customers collecting orders will be allowed on the premises. As part of the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a date and time for collecting your order. Please note that this second step is necessary as a COVID-19 safety precaution.

+ How do I do curbside pickup?

Hycroft is offering only Curbside Pick-up this year, in order to keep our community safe.

On arrival in the parking lot, phone the Hycroft Office at 604-731-4661 to request curbside pick-up. Please display your LAST NAME clearly IN LARGE PRINT on an 8.5”x 11” piece of paper placed on your dashboard.

Stay in your vehicle, unlock/open your trunk or back door. A volunteer will place your order in your car and close your trunk or door. Easy!

+ Where can I park?

There will be spaces in Hycroft's parking lot dedicated to curbside pick-up. If you arrive early or can not get parked immediately, there is street parking located around The Crescent. Please read all street signs as some areas do have restrictions.

+ Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. They will need to provide us with the order # and the full name that the order was placed under.

+ If I am unable to pick up my order, can you ship it?

Unfortunately not.

+ Is there a return policy?

Given the nature of Christmas at Hycroft being a seasonal event, all items are final sale and refunds will not be permitted.

In the event of an item being faulty or broken at the time of collecting your order, we will happily assist in trying to replace the item or providing a full refund.

In the event an item breaks due to a manufacturing fault, we will also do our best to provide an exchange or refund items.

For all returns inquiries, please email the team via email at xmasathycroft@uwcvancouver.ca, with your name, order number and some information about the item/s you wish to return. We'll be happy to assist!


Silent Auction

+ When do people pay and pick up?

The silent auction will be closing on December 13th at 4PM. Once the deadline has passed, we will be reaching out to all the winners via our online platform Givergy.

Call the Hycroft Office at 604-731-4661 to arrange a pick-up, between December 14, 2020 and January 8, 2021.

+ Can I pay on collection?

This year, we are using an online silent auction platform called Givergy. Unfortunately, this means that all payments will be collected online.

+ Are you able to ship the items that I have won?

Unfortunately not. Pick up will be available at Hycroft starting on December 14th.
