How to Order & Pick Up Your Order

Placing an Order

Visit our online shop at shop.christmasathycroft.com and browse this year’s online marketplace.

Once you’ve found a product you’d like to order, simply add it to your shopping Cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, you can start the checkout process by viewing your cart. Do this by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right hand area of the store site.

Booking a Time Slot to Collect Your Order

At checkout, please select a date and time for pick-up. Please note that changes cannot be made after ordering OR at the time of pickup. All Christmas at Hycroft purchases must be picked up by December 23, 2020.

You will select a specific date and time for pick-up during selected dates between November 19 – December 23, 2020. All orders can be picked up at Hycroft:

Hycroft Manor, 1489 McRae Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6H 1T7

Your pick-up date and time will be included in your order confirmation email.

Curbside Pick-Up

On arrival in the parking lot, phone the Hycroft Office at 604-731-4661. Please display your LAST NAME clearly IN LARGE PRINT on an 8.5”x 11” piece of paper placed on your dashboard.

Stay in your vehicle, unlock/open your trunk or back door. A volunteer will place your order in your car and close your trunk or door. Easy!

Please ensure that any refrigerated or frozen items are added to your order before you leave.
