How to Bid on Silent Auction Items and Arrange Pick-Up of Won Items

Placing a Bid

Visit our online Silent Auction and browse this year’s auction lots, which have kindly been donated by University Women’s Club members and local businesses.

Once you’ve found an item you’d like to bid on, follow Givergy’s quick guide to placing a bid. You can also choose to receive email updates for when that item receives another bid.

Confirm You’ve Won An Item

The Givergy app will notify successful bidders after the close of the Silent Auction at 4:00 pm, Sunday, December 13.

All Silent Auction items must be picked up by January 8, 2021.

Arranging Pick-Up For Items You Win

Call the Hycroft Office at 604-731-4661 to arrange a pick-up, between December 14, 2020 and January 8, 2021.

All orders will need to be picked up from Hycroft:

Hycroft Manor, 1489 McRae Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6H 1T7

 

Picking Up Your Items

Pick-up will be at the Hycroft Office. Non-members of the University Women’s Club must ring for entrance at the panel at the left side of the main entrance.

Choose the left staircase to the main floor and the Office will be on your left.

Please bring ID or your Silent Auction confirmation email (digital or printed). Your Silent Auction item will be brought to you outside the Office.

Optional Curbside Pick-Up

On arrival in the parking lot, phone the Hycroft Office at 604-731-4661 to request curbside pick-up. Please display your LAST NAME clearly IN LARGE PRINT on an 8.5”x 11” piece of paper placed on your dashboard.

Stay in your vehicle, unlock/open your trunk or back door. A volunteer will place your order in your car and close your trunk or door. Easy!
